INDIANAPOLIS – The Indiana Society of Association Executives (ISAE) is pleased to announce the recipients of the 15th Annual STAR Awards, recognizing excellence exclusive to the association management profession in Indiana.
Established 15 years ago, STAR Awards, short for Society’s Top Association Recognition, was the first awards program in Indiana dedicated to celebrating the association management profession and the individuals who power its success. On Dec. 8, more than 230 association professionals from around the state gathered for the 15th anniversary of this celebration at the Indianapolis Conference Center. The renowned awards program made history again this year, with a record-breaking 92 nominations received.
The evening featured a silent auction, networking and dinner, as well as a highly acclaimed awards program where individuals, associations and association partners were honored for their untiring work throughout the year.
In addition to recognizing excellence in the Indiana association management profession, the STAR Awards program also aided two deserving organizations located on the east side of Indianapolis through its silent auction: the Felege Hiywot Center and Stop the Violence Indianapolis. Attendees bid on over 60 items in the evening's silent auction, raising more than $5,500 for the charitable organizations.
